Scratchies

Phoe isn’t very large so much as they are tall, which is mostly leg.

They’re a bit of peafowl, king of saxony bird-of-paradise, and marvellous spatuetail for feather patterns. The color pattern is a bit of palawan peacock pheasant and hawk, though definitely not the color scheme. That’s the phoenix part.
