~Artist Notes~

Not that she isn't already a badass monster hunter. She's the kind of damphir that acts more vampire in some ways rather than human. Though she was raised in a vampire family, so it's not thought of as unusual. Especially the desire to sleep in dark, snug places and once in a while upside down.

The little speck there is Amiel as a fish. Hehe

How do you humiliate a demon? I don't know, so I drew fluffy stuff with Nicky. They're a thing.

Regina's dragon hoard is mostly plain valuable items (mostly shiny) but she has a private collection of magical items kept separate so invading guests (the nagas who are attracted to her dragon heat, mermaids there for safe haven, Vale who helps herself to the liquors, and others) do not hurt themselves/others. The famed sword Excalibur would be a welcome addition to her collection. Also, I don't think she has a true love. She's a very hot tempered and violent bi-polar acting dragon. Probably because she still has issues with a human form curse for being too greedy.

Karen will take no absurdities. She's a spider demon who affixes souls to dolls as eternal enslavement. They probably deserved it.

A secret that interferes with Vale's plans. Asmara is a spawn of an ancient sea serpent. By chance found by Vale as a small creature washed ashore from some conflict, she wasn't that hard to spot, as she sticks out like a sore thumb with her albinism. Basically if she likes you, you don't die while she's around. It could be something as simple as having nice hair or being considerate (Important note: being an ass is counter effective). Also, she can hear whales (a prey for large sea serpents) and Siren songs are just pleasant music.

And she looks incredibly cute smiling.

Kirins are similar to unicorns in ways, and also fly. What I tried to show there is that Vale started really caring about something again. Miyu's little sunshine attitude was infectious, especially while in her presence, so gradually Vale toned down her sadistic side (something Miyu never saw, good for her because Vale loves gore fests). Also around that time the disappearance of shrine gods abruptly stopped mysteriously.

Death's gift to Ellen, a lovely morphing-scythe that helps focus raw power that helps her break the laws of physics. Personally, neither of us are overly fond of the creamy confectioneries so what better to do than rip open a portal and get ice cream or something? Also, my hair can't hold color for squat so it's not purple anymore.

This helped getting more in depth with these guys, some more than others. Asmara's is new, first it was going to be a crush on a Siren guy, but that seemed boring, so why not have a crush on first sight thing?

I really like that hunter outfit Alexandria is donning. 

Ellen's scythe can morph into other handy dandy things. I think I'll have that blue stone at the blade's base be the key. I can't help but think of a magical girl transformation.
